How to Book
Booking with us is easy:

Security Deposit – A £20 security deposit is required to secure your booking this is also non Refundable This deposit ensures that your event is officially booked and helps us prepare for a seamless experience. The deposit will be credited towards your final balance
- Final Payment – The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
- Relax and Enjoy – We’ll handle the rest, ensuring your event is flawless from start to finish!
Damages
Damages After Hire – While we take great care in ensuring our equipment and property are in top condition, any damages or loss that occur after the hire—during or after the event—will be charged to the security deposit. Should the damages exceed the deposit, the remaining balance will be billed to the client.
Travel
We do come in to Kent And London with Charges of course to cover the Fuel and any other charges which may a rise.
Terms And Condition's
Prestige Events Ltd: Event Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation

Booking: To confirm your booking with Prestige Events Ltd, a completed booking form and a non-refundable security deposit are required.

Confirmation: Your event is officially confirmed only once the deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed in writing by us.
2. Security Deposit

A security deposit of [specific amount] is required to secure your booking.

The deposit will be deducted from the total event cost and is refundable after the event, provided no damages occur to hired equipment, property, or venue.

Damages After Hire: Any damage or loss caused to the venue or hired equipment after the event will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, the client will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
3. Final Payment

The remaining balance for the event is due [number of days/weeks] before the event date.

Failure to make final payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
4. Cancellation Policy

5. Event Date and Times

All events will take place on the confirmed date and time. Any changes to the event date or time must be discussed and agreed upon in writing at least [number of weeks/days] in advance.

6. Equipment Hire

7. Venue and Site Conditions

The client is responsible for securing all necessary permissions or licenses from the venue, local authorities, or other parties as needed.

The venue must be accessible and free of obstruction for the setup and removal of equipment.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is safe for all staff and guests during the event.
8. Liability and Insurance

Prestige Events Ltd is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.

We recommend the client obtains insurance to cover any potential issues such as damages, cancellations, or accidents during the event.
9. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify Prestige Events Ltd from any claims, damages, or losses arising from negligence, accidents, or failure to adhere to the terms and conditions.
10. Force Majeure

Prestige Events Ltd shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
11. Alterations or Amendments

Any changes to the event, including equipment, services, or timings, must be made at least [X] days before the event.

12. Post-Event Damage Report
